Modern Slavery Policy
Introduction
1. Calserv Ltd are fully committed to acting ethically, and with integrity, in all our business dealings and relationships. We want to make sure that modern slavery, and human trafficking, is not taking place within our business, or its supply chains.
1.1 The Modern Slavery Act 2015 places businesses of a certain size, under a legal obligation to publish a slavery and human trafficking statement each year. These businesses, also have to report on steps taken during the year, to make sure that modern slavery, and human trafficking is not taking place, in any part of their business or supply chains.
1.2 Based on our company size, and annual turnover, we are not currently legally required to publish a slavery and human trafficking statement. However, we at Calserv Ltd are fully committed to the abolition of of modern slavery and human trafficking, and we voluntarily publish an annual statement to this effect.
Policies
1. We operate a number of internal policies, to ensure that we are conducting business in an ethical and transparent manner. We make sure that our suppliers, customers, staff, contractors and other third parties, whom we do business with, adhere to the same standards.
Policy Commitments
Calserv Ltd shall:
1. Accept that job finding fees are a business cost, and will not allow these to be paid by job applicants or employees.
2. Adopt a Due Diligence Process as part of our initiative to identify and mitigate risk.
3. Where possible, we will build long standing relationships with our suppliers, and make clear our expectations of business behaviour. We expect all such business entities to adopt their own due diligence initiative with regards to slavery and human trafficking.
4. Have in place systems to encourage the reporting of concerns, and the protection of whistleblowers. (Calserv Ltd Employee Handbook)
Adherence to our Values
1. We expect all suppliers, customers, clients, staff, contractors and other third parties, to comply with our values. Calserv Ltd Directors, and Managers are committed to compliance within their respective departments, and with their business relationships with third party companies, that Calserv Ltd does business with.
2. We are committed to a level of communication and personal contact, with the next link, in our supply chain, and their understanding of, and compliance with, our expectations.
This voluntary statement constitutes Calserv Ltd Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement for the current financial year 2026.
